Positive: Alles war perfekt.
Negative: Nach der Buchung bei Booking com meldete sich eine Agentur für die Abmeldeformalitäten. Das war etwas nervig und hat technisch nicht funktioniert. Das Thema konnte vor Ort erledigt werden.

Positive: I was very please with the service as a whole. Breakfast was always fresh and served on demand. Room Service provided only upon request. Perfect Location in the middle of Beirut. Many restaurants and shops around. The Staff were very friendly. It is also great that you donate profits from the hotel to charity.
Negative: The showerhead in Room 1 is not working very well, needs replacement.

Beautiful stay in Gemmayze
Positive: The breakfast spread is feasting. The decor is tastefully done and the room is super comfortable with enough space to move around.
Negative: I have problem with early payment and had some issues contacting the property and getting reply in time. It was quite frustrating when we have several numbers to deal with.
